    NEW JERSEY BISHOPS ISSUE NEWLY REVISED ADVANCE DIRECTIVES FOR HEALTH CARE FORM
    On October 20, 2011, the Catholic Bishops of New Jersey approved a revised version of the New Jersey Catholic Conference (NJCC) Advance Directives for Health Care – A Catholic Perspective. Copies are available by contacting the Respect Life Office at 732-562-1990 x1629 or 1543. A copy can also be downloaded from the Diocesan website at: http://www.diometuchen.org/deptsministries/respect-for-life/catholic-advance-directives-living-wills/ or the NJCC website: www.njcatconf.com. A Catholic Guide to End-of-Life Decisions is a resource made available by the National Catholic Bioethics Center. This document provides a clear explanation of the Church’s teaching on end-of-life care, including advance directives and physician assisted suicide. Individual copies of this guide can be downloaded or ordered online at www.ncbcenter.org.
